What is included in the tour price?
Hotel pickup and drop-off in Bali, the return fast boat Sanur ⇄ Nusa Penida, the island entry tax, a car with an English-speaking driver-guide, lunch at a local restaurant, entrance fees and boat insurance. Each tour page lists exactly what’s included.
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in Bali: Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud and more. For far areas such as Amed, Lovina or the Bukit cliffs we’ll confirm an earlier pickup time before booking.
Do I need to pay now?
No. Send a request first. We confirm availability on WhatsApp and then send you the payment details.
Where is ItsBali based?
Our team is based at Kuta Beach, Bali. You can message us on WhatsApp any day between 07:00 and 22:00.
What happens if the sea is too rough?
If the harbour authority cancels boats because of weather, you can move to another date or get a full refund.
Which tour is best for a first visit?
The West Trip covers the most famous viewpoints. With only one day, choose the West & East tour to see as much as possible.
