Booking & Payment
How do I book?
Send the booking form or message us on WhatsApp with your tour, date, number of guests and hotel. We confirm availability and your pickup time, then send payment details.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Nothing is charged when you send a request. Once we confirm, we’ll tell you how and when to pay for your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not refundable. See our Terms for details.
What if the weather is bad?
If boats are cancelled by the harbour authority because of the weather or sea, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Are prices per person?
Yes, all prices are per person and include everything listed on each tour page.
On The Day
What time is pickup?
Usually around 06:00, earlier for areas further from Sanur. We confirm the exact time on WhatsApp the day before.
Where do you pick up?
From any hotel or villa in Bali. For far areas (Amed, Lovina, Munduk, the far Bukit) we’ll confirm the time with you before booking.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel (land tours), sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable shoes with grip, a phone power bank and some cash for drinks and toilets.
Will I get seasick?
The crossing is about 45 minutes and can be bumpy. If you are sensitive, take a tablet 30–60 minutes before the boat.
Is the tour private?
On the island you have a car and driver-guide for your group. The fast boat between Bali and Nusa Penida is a shared public boat.
Kids, Safety & Accessibility
Can children join?
Yes. Children under 4 travel free. For ages 4–11 ask us for the child rate.
Is it suitable for older travellers?
The day involves early starts, bumpy roads and some steep paths. Travellers with back, heart or mobility problems and pregnant women should choose the boat or snorkeling trips carefully. Ask us and we’ll advise honestly.
Do I need to swim for snorkeling?
Basic comfort in the water is enough: life jackets are provided and the crew stays with you.
