Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Who We Are

ItsBali (itsbali.id) is a travel booking service based at Kuta Beach, Jl. Pantai Kuta, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. Tours and boat transfers are operated by our local partner operator in Bali and Nusa Penida. By sending a booking request and confirming it, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A request sent through our website or WhatsApp is not a booking yet. Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation on WhatsApp with the date, pickup time and price.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are per person in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). US dollar amounts are approximate and for guidance only. Payment method and timing are given with your confirmation.

4. Cancellation By You

• More than 24 hours before the trip: free cancellation, full refund of any amount paid.
• Less than 24 hours before the trip, or no-show: no refund.
• Date changes are free when requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

5. Weather & Cancellation By Us

If boats are cancelled by the harbour authority or the operator because of weather or sea conditions, or if we must cancel for safety reasons, you can choose a new date or a full refund. Itineraries and the order of stops may change on the day for safety, tides or traffic.

6. Children

Children under 4 travel free and must be accompanied by an adult. A child rate for ages 4–11 is available on request.

7. Health & Safety

Tours involve boat crossings, bumpy roads, steep paths and swimming. You are responsible for judging whether you are fit to take part and for following the guide’s and crew’s instructions. Swimming is at your own risk. Boat insurance is included as stated on each tour.

8. Pickup

Please be ready at the confirmed pickup time. If you are not at the pickup point within 15 minutes and we cannot reach you, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
