When you send a booking request or message us, we collect the details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), travel date, number of guests, pickup location and any message. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if available, the advertising campaign that brought you to our site.
How We Use It
- To reply to you and arrange your tour or boat transfer.
- To share the necessary booking details (name, number of guests, date, pickup location and phone number) with our local partner operator who runs the trip.
- To understand which pages and advertisements work, so we can improve our service.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technology from Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure visits and advertising results. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking requests for up to 24 months for customer service and accounting, then delete them.
